Motor Vehicle Rental Agreement CROWN RENTALS | GEORGIA | PROPOSED REVISIONS FOR ATTORNEY AND INSURER APPROVAL | October 26, 2026 1. Parties and business contact Lessor: ________________________________________ (exact registered legal entity), doing business as Crown Rentals where applicable, called "Crown." "Renter" means the individual or entity expressly identified as renter below and each co-renter expressly identified in a signed incorporated addendum. Each co-renter is jointly and severally liable for the rental obligations to the extent permitted by law. An additional authorized driver is not a co-renter merely by being listed. Crown signs through its authorized representative, not as a personal guarantor. Crown represents that it has lawful authority to rent the identified vehicle. "Vehicle" includes the identified vehicle, keys, accessories, documents and supplied equipment. "Rental Period" begins on actual handover and ends on compliant return under Section 5. It includes overdue or otherwise unauthorized continued possession without granting permission for that possession. "Business day" excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Georgia state legal holidays. Business mailing address: 113 S. Perry Street, Suite 206 #15352, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Routine notices and privacy requests: Admin@atlcrownrentals.com. Owner business contact: anderson@atlcrownrentals.com. The mailing address is not the pickup or return location unless expressly designated below. An entity signer represents that he or she has authority to bind the entity. Any individual co-renter must be expressly identified and separately sign the co-renter addendum. 2. Any installed starter inhibitor may prevent a restart only under the separately signed disclosure in Attachment C. Actual equipment must be selected and identified there. No cabin audio or video recording is authorized by this agreement. Use and Return Obligations CUSTOMER AGREEMENT | Agreement number ____________________ 3. Authorized drivers and permitted use Only Renter, if an eligible individual, and additional drivers approved in writing in Attachment B may operate the Vehicle, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. Each driver must hold a current valid license for the Vehicle, meet Crown's disclosed minimum age of _____ years and insurer eligibility requirements, and sign the applicable technology disclosures before driving. Renter shall ensure compliance by authorized drivers and is responsible for persons to whom Renter or an authorized driver entrusts possession, even if Crown did not authorize that person. Listing a driver alone does not make that driver a co-renter or liable for all rental charges; each driver remains responsible for that driver's own enforceable obligations and wrongful acts. Use is limited to lawful personal transportation or ordinary business travel within the states specified in Section 2. Paid passenger transport, rideshare, delivery, towing, carrying goods for compensation, or other revenue-generating vehicle use is prohibited unless Crown expressly approves the specific activity in a signed writing before use and verifies applicable insurance and vehicle suitability. Ordinary travel to work or business meetings is not paid transport or delivery. No travel outside the United States is permitted. Written approval of one activity or trip does not authorize a different activity or trip. 4. Prohibited conduct and vehicle care Renter must not allow unlicensed, suspended, impaired or unauthorized driving; use the Vehicle for crime, transporting illegal contraband, evading police, racing, speed tests, pushing, off-road driving, intentional abuse, sub-renting, sale, pledge, dismantling, concealment, abandonment or unauthorized transfer of possession. Towing is prohibited except as expressly approved under Section 3. No smoking or vaping by any occupant. No overloading, use beyond manufacturer ratings, unauthorized alterations, removal of equipment, or operation after a warning makes further use unsafe. Do not disconnect, obstruct, reprogram or remove security equipment. Report suspected defects or accidental disconnection promptly; a telemetry gap alone is not proof of tampering. Renter shall take reasonable steps to prevent prohibited conduct by occupants and persons given access to the Vehicle. Renter shall lock the Vehicle, safeguard keys and access credentials, use the specified fuel, protect the interior, check ordinary operating indicators, and follow manufacturer warnings and Crown's disclosed operating instructions. Stop safely and contact Crown if a warning, damage or defect makes further driving unsafe. Renter shall not authorize repairs, duplicate keys, or vehicle modifications without Crown's written approval, except for reasonable emergency measures under Section 11. Crown shall provide a reasonably safe, maintained vehicle. Renter is not responsible for preexisting defects, ordinary wear, or the portion of any failure caused by Crown's maintenance failure, negligence or misconduct; Renter is responsible for additional damage caused by knowingly continuing unsafe operation or failing to take reasonable protective measures. 5. Return and extensions Return the Vehicle, keys and equipment to the designated location by the stated deadline, in substantially the pickup condition except ordinary wear and losses excluded under Section 8, with the required fuel level. An extension requires express written confirmation from an authorized Crown representative stating the new deadline, charges and any revised conditions. Email, text or a signed electronic record may document that approval. A request, attempted payment, card authorization, acceptance of an overdue payment, or continued possession alone does not extend the rental or waive a breach. Crown shall reconcile accepted payments and approvals before asserting default. Unless Attachment A states otherwise, a rental day is 24 consecutive hours from the agreed pickup time. Overdue-use charges follow Section 7; payment does not authorize continued possession. An attended return is complete when Crown accepts physical possession at the designated location. An unattended return is effective only if Crown approved it in writing and Renter parks in the designated lawful and secure place, locks the Vehicle, returns all keys through the designated method, and sends the required return notice with the Vehicle's location and return time. The documented time of compliant return controls rental billing and ends prospective risk of loss; a later inspection does not automatically extend charges. Renter remains liable for earlier losses and damage caused by failure to follow return instructions. Crown may inspect after return and promptly notify Renter of subsequently discovered damage attributable to the Rental Period, including latent damage supported by evidence. Inspection, a return receipt, deposit release, or an omitted return signature is not a release of a supported claim. Any alternative return arrangement must be expressly agreed in writing. 6. Default and lawful recovery Material breach includes overdue return without approval, failure to pay an undisputed amount when due, rejected or reversed payment that leaves an undisputed amount unpaid, prohibited use, material identity or insurance misrepresentation, unauthorized transfer of possession, deliberate security-equipment tampering, or failure to maintain required verified coverage. Subject to mandatory notice and cure requirements, Crown may terminate the right to possession, demand return, refuse an extension, and pursue lawful recovery and collection. Crown may require immediate safe cessation of use for a substantiated serious safety threat, loss of required coverage, or material fraud. For routine overdue return or nonpayment, Crown will give a written demand and at least 24 hours before initiating a starter restriction, or any longer legally required period. This starter-restriction safeguard does not extend the return deadline or create a general right to continue using the Vehicle. A good-faith payment dispute alone will not trigger immobilization during an otherwise authorized rental. All Attachment C safety conditions apply. Recovery must not involve force, threats, unlawful entry or trespass, a breach of the peace, or unsafe remote operation. Renter shall cooperate with lawful recovery, identify the Vehicle's location on a reasonable request, and make keys and the Vehicle available at a safe lawful location. Crown may report facts reasonably suggesting theft, conversion or fraud and provide relevant records to authorities. O.C.G.A. Section 16-8-4 applies only when its legal elements are met. When Crown relies on the statutory presumption under subsection (c)(2), it must send the specified demand by certified or registered mail or statutory overnight delivery, return receipt requested, to the last known address and satisfy the five-day period excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. That statutory evidentiary period is not permission to retain the Vehicle. Late return or an unpaid balance alone does not conclusively establish a crime; Crown does not promise arrest, prosecution or police recovery. Electronic reminders do not replace required statutory notice. Lawful recovery costs are governed by Sections 7–9 and 14. Charges Damage and Insurance CUSTOMER AGREEMENT | Agreement number ____________________ 7. Rental charges and security deposit Renter shall pay the agreed rates, taxes, mileage charges, extension charges, authorized fees in completed Attachment A, and documented losses allocated by this agreement. Initial rent and the deposit or hold are due before handover unless a different due date is written in Attachment A. Approved extensions are payable when approved unless otherwise agreed. Other supported amounts are due upon itemized invoice, subject to applicable notice and dispute rights and Attachment A's electronic-charge procedures. The initial total is an estimate, not a liability cap. Blank optional fee fields authorize no optional fee but do not excuse disclosed base rent, taxes, actual tolls or violations, or losses expressly recoverable under Sections 8–9. For overdue possession, the disclosed daily rental rate continues under the agreed rental-day definition unless Attachment A supplies a different late-billing method; no duplicate base rent and late-use charge may be collected for the same period. This billing does not extend permission to possess the Vehicle. New fee categories or rate increases require express written agreement; applying an already agreed rate or loss-allocation term does not. No hidden penalty, automatic deposit forfeiture or duplicate recovery is authorized. The deposit secures all authorized obligations under this agreement; it is not a limit on Renter's liability or a substitute for payment of rent. Crown may apply it to due, itemized obligations and reserve a reasonably supported amount for a specific pending claim. Within 7 business days after compliant return, Crown will send an itemized accounting, identify any reserve and its basis, and initiate return of the undisputed remaining balance or release of the excess card hold . Crown will update unresolved claims within 30 days after that accounting, and at intervals not exceeding 30 days thereafter, and refund excess promptly after resolution. Claims discovered after a deposit release remain collectible if supported and timely under applicable law. Banks may take additional time to post a release. Any renewal or increase of a card hold must comply with Attachment A, applicable law, and payment-network rules; a card hold is not a completed payment. 8. Damage and evidence EXPRESS RISK-OF-LOSS ALLOCATION: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENTER ASSUMES THE RISK OF THEFT, DISAPPEARANCE, VANDALISM, COLLISION, WEATHER DAMAGE AND OTHER PHYSICAL LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE FROM ACTUAL HANDOVER UNTIL COMPLIANT RETURN UNDER SECTION 5, INCLUDING OVERDUE OR UNAUTHORIZED CONTINUED POSSESSION, WHETHER OR NOT RENTER PERSONALLY CAUSED THE LOSS OR WAS AT FAULT. THIS IS A CONTRACTUAL ALLOCATION OF RISK, NOT A REPRESENTATION OF THE DEFAULT RULE OF LAW. Renter is also responsible for loss caused by an authorized driver or another person entrusted with possession. This allocation excludes preexisting damage, ordinary wear, betterment, inherent defects, and the portion caused by Crown's negligence, unlawful conduct, maintenance failure or misconduct. Applicable law and a separately signed applicable protection product control any required limitation or waiver. Crown must substantiate that a claimed loss occurred during the risk period or resulted from an earlier breach; a missing notation or telemetry alert alone does not establish responsibility. Insurance coverage does not itself release Renter's enforceable obligations, but all payments for the same loss must be credited. Renter initials acknowledging risk allocation: ________. Crown shall provide reasonably available condition evidence, photographs where available, repair estimates or invoices, and an itemized calculation before collecting a damage charge, except a supported deposit reserve. Recoverable vehicle loss includes reasonable repair cost for repairable damage or substantiated pre-loss fair market value for a total loss, less retained salvage and applicable recoveries, together with reasonable attributable towing, storage, appraisal and recovery costs. Crown need not complete repairs before presenting a supported claim, but may recover only its substantiated compensable loss; a lower final repair cost or other material change must be reconciled. Repair cost and total vehicle value may not both be recovered for the same damage. Lawful loss of use is limited to a reasonable repair or replacement period and must be supported by actual rental-income loss or other legally sufficient evidence, net of avoided expenses and reasonable mitigation. Residual diminished value requires evidence of an actual remaining reduction in value after proper repair and no duplication with repair or total-loss recovery. No automatic daily penalty or percentage applies. Do not duplicate loss of use and continued rental charges for the same deprivation period. Credit insurer payments, salvage, third-party payments and other recoveries for the same loss, and promptly refund any resulting excess. 9. Tolls violations cleaning and recovery expenses Renter shall pay actual tolls, parking charges, traffic violations and lawful penalties attributable to the Rental Period or Renter's conduct, reasonable replacement and programming costs for missing keys or equipment, fuel shortage, and excessive cleaning or smoking/vaping remediation supported by evidence. Ordinary cleaning and ordinary wear are included in rent. Crown may identify Renter or the responsible driver to the issuing authority, toll administrator, or collection provider as lawfully permitted; Renter shall cooperate with lawful transfer or contest procedures. Crown may pay a due charge to avoid additional penalties and seek reimbursement, but must give available supporting evidence and respect applicable contest rights. Optional service or administrative fees and any applicable caps must be completed in Attachment A; actual third-party tolls and violation amounts remain payable even if an optional handling-fee field is blank. Recovery and impound costs must be lawful, reasonable, documented and attributable to Renter's breach, allocated vehicle loss, or conduct. No charge for Crown's own error or duplicate administrative work is authorized. Later receipt of a toll, violation, or claim does not extinguish a timely supported obligation after return or deposit release. 10. Insurance and protection choices Before handover, Crown shall ascertain and document insurance applicable to this specific rental, permitted use and drivers, including compliance with O.C.G.A. Section 40-9-102 and applicable renter/spot-insurance requirements. Renter shall provide complete, accurate policy information, authorize Crown to seek verification from the carrier or agent, maintain the required verified coverage throughout the Rental Period, and immediately report cancellation, lapse, limits exhaustion or a material coverage change. Crown may decline handover or an extension if coverage cannot be verified. An insurance card alone does not establish rental coverage. Policy details, verification, and any required spot insurance must be recorded in Attachment B. Crown's verification does not guarantee an insurer's payment or excuse Crown from its own nondelegable duties. Crown shall maintain insurance legally required of it and disclose the applicable coverage arrangement. Coverage priority, limits, exclusions and deductibles are determined by controlling law and actual policy terms; this agreement does not bind an insurer or alter third-party rights. Liability coverage for injuries to others differs from coverage for damage to the Vehicle. No insurance or damage waiver is sold, promised or selected unless described in a separately signed, legally authorized product document. Renter remains liable for contractual obligations not paid by applicable coverage, subject to applicable law, agreed protection, and the credits required by Section 8. Crown need not exhaust optional coverage before pursuing an otherwise enforceable amount, unless law or an applicable policy requires otherwise. Renter shall reasonably cooperate with claims and authorize direct payment to Crown of vehicle-loss proceeds to the extent lawfully payable to Crown. Any deductible claimed must represent an actual unreimbursed loss allocated to Renter, not an extra charge or automatic amount regardless of responsibility. 11. Incidents and mechanical failure Notify Crown as soon as safely practicable of collision, theft, vandalism, impoundment, seizure, police action affecting the Vehicle or its use, or breakdown , and provide a written incident account and available report information within 24 hours where reasonably practicable. Incapacity, an emergency, or lack of safe communications, excuses delay only for its reasonable duration. Call 911 for immediate danger and police when legally required or appropriate. Preserve photographs, witness details and available facts , protect the Vehicle, and cooperate truthfully with legitimate claims. Do not admit liability on Crown's behalf, settle a claim binding Crown, abandon the Vehicle, or authorize nonemergency repairs without approval. Reasonable emergency measures needed to prevent harm may be taken and must be documented. Renter is liable for reasonable additional loss caused by a material failure to cooperate or protect the Vehicle, subject to applicable law. For a vehicle-caused breakdown not attributable to Renter, Crown may arrange safe assistance, an available suitable replacement, or termination and an appropriate unused-rent refund or credit, subject to mandatory remedies. No replacement, travel-expense payment or uninterrupted operation is guaranteed. Charges for a period when the Vehicle is unusable through no fault or allocated responsibility of Renter must be adjusted as law requires. Legal Terms and Notices CUSTOMER AGREEMENT | Agreement number ____________________ 12. Indemnity and third-party claims To the extent permitted by law, Renter shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crown, the Vehicle's owner, and their respective officers, members, employees and agents from third-party claims and reasonable resulting damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, defense costs and attorney fees to the extent caused by Renter's or an entrusted driver's negligence, breach of this agreement, unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, or unauthorized use or entrustment of the Vehicle. The obligation applies to a claim asserted against Crown solely because of ownership or lessor status, to the extent attributable to that conduct, whether or not a statutory ownership defense also applies. It excludes the portion caused by an indemnitee's own negligence, willful misconduct, legal violation or nontransferable responsibility, and does not waive third-party rights or require indemnification prohibited by law or insurance requirements. Crown shall give reasonably prompt claim notice; delay relieves Renter only to the extent of material prejudice. The parties shall reasonably cooperate . Crown or an insurer entitled to control the defense may use qualified counsel and control the defense; otherwise, Crown and Renter shall reasonably agree on defense arrangements. Renter shall reimburse reasonable covered defense costs as incurred, subject to final allocation and credit or refund of amounts not owed. Crown may not bind Renter to a settlement without Renter's consent, not unreasonably withheld or delayed; Renter may not bind Crown or admit its fault without Crown's written consent. No double recovery of insurer-paid amounts is permitted. This obligation survives return and termination. 13. Ownership and statutory rights Renter receives temporary possession, not ownership. Crown retains any defenses available under 49 U.S.C. Section 30106, commonly called the Graves Amendment, only when its requirements are satisfied. This reference does not create immunity for Crown's negligence or criminal wrongdoing or replace insurance and financial-responsibility obligations. No clause excuses unsafe immobilization, unlawful surveillance, or a breach of privacy obligations. 13A. Limited warranties and economic-loss limitations CROWN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE VEHICLE IS SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL COMMERCIAL, DELIVERY, TOWING OR OTHER PARTICULAR PURPOSE NOT EXPRESSLY APPROVED IN WRITING. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROWN DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, BUT NOT ITS EXPRESS COMMITMENT TO PROVIDE A REASONABLY SAFE, MAINTAINED VEHICLE, LAWFUL RENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY WARRANTY OR DUTY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. NO "AS IS" ACCEPTANCE OF AN UNSAFE VEHICLE IS REQUIRED. RENTER'S INSPECTION ACKNOWLEDGES ONLY CONDITIONS REASONABLY OBSERVABLE, NOT LATENT DEFECTS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROWN IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL ECONOMIC DAMAGES FROM RENTAL INTERRUPTION OR A CONTRACT BREACH. FOR A CLAIM BASED SOLELY ON CROWN'S BREACH OF CONTRACT, AND SEEKING ONLY ECONOMIC LOSS, CROWN'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO RENTAL CHARGES PAID OR PAYABLE FOR THE AFFECTED RENTAL, EXCLUDING TAXES AND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO BODILY INJURY OR DEATH, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OTHER THAN THE RENTED VEHICLE, CROWN'S FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, UNLAWFUL RESTRICTION OR SURVEILLANCE, PRIVACY OR DATA-SECURITY VIOLATIONS, REQUIRED DEPOSIT REFUNDS, STATUTORY REMEDIES THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED, OR ANY OTHER NONWAIVABLE LIABILITY. NO EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS CREATED; MANDATORY REMEDIES, AND REMEDIES REQUIRED IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, ARE PRESERVED. These limitations bind only the contracting parties and do not impair third-party rights. Renter initials: ________. 14. Governing law and disputes Georgia law governs, except controlling federal law and other mandatory law. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and venue rules and the enforceability of this selection, Renter and Crown consent to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in a court with subject-matter jurisdiction in __________________ County, Georgia. Complete the county only after confirming a proper connection and enforceability ; if blank or unenforceable, ordinary jurisdiction and venue rules apply. Nothing prevents Crown from seeking possession, provisional relief, or enforcement of a judgment in another court where legally available, or either party from invoking a mandatory forum right. No mandatory arbitration, jury waiver or class-action waiver is created by this agreement. Either party may request informal resolution using the agreed notice contacts, without suspending any deadline or preventing court proceedings, emergency relief or regulatory complaints. To the extent permitted by law, Renter shall pay Crown's reasonable collection expenses, court costs and attorney fees incurred in enforcing Renter's breached obligations. Where O.C.G.A. Section 13-1-11 applies, recovery is subject to its required post-maturity written notice, ten-day opportunity after receipt to pay principal and interest without attorney fees, applicable statutory calculation or limits, and other conditions; no attorney fee is due under that section if timely full payment avoids it. Elsewhere, only reasonable enforceable fees and costs may be recovered. No automatic percentage collection surcharge or prejudgment interest rate is imposed; interest is recoverable only as law permits. Collection is subject to consumer-protection law and preserved defenses. Payment of an undisputed obligation may not be withheld merely because a separate item is disputed. Mandatory statutory fee rights of either party are preserved. 15. Communications and legal notices Crown routine notices: Admin@atlcrownrentals.com and the business mailing address on Sections 1–2. Renter routine notices: the recorded email, mobile number and home address. Renter shall promptly report changes. Rental-related texts and emails may include return reminders, invoices, safety warnings and tracking notices; this does not authorize marketing messages. Crown shall retain delivery records and use an additional channel for urgent safety notices. Electronic delivery supplements, and does not substitute for, certified mail, statutory demands, formal service of process or other legally prescribed notice methods. No deemed-receipt clause defeats a mandatory right to notice. Renter may request paper copies and a routine-notice alternative without losing nonwaivable rights. 16. Entire agreement and changes Sections 1–20, including Section 13A, completed signed Attachments A–D, any specifically identified signed co-renter or protection addendum, and expressly approved written extensions, form the entire agreement between the parties concerning their subject matter. No later unsigned policy, vendor notice or website change adds a charge, expands data uses, or overrides this agreement. Attachments C and D control their respective technology activities; a protection addendum controls only the protection expressly purchased, subject to applicable law. Other specific signed terms control over general terms only to the extent of a direct conflict. Changes require both parties' written agreement, except an extension requested by Renter and expressly confirmed by Crown under Section 5. No employee's oral statement grants an extension, waives a charge, or authorizes prohibited use. Crown's delay, partial enforcement, or acceptance of a payment is not a waiver of other rights or a future breach; an express waiver is limited to its stated occasion. Rights and remedies are cumulative to the extent lawful, without duplicate recovery. If a term is unenforceable, it is severed or limited only as law permits; the remaining terms continue to the extent lawful and consistent with the agreement's purpose. No consumer, privacy, insurance or other nonwaivable right is waived. Crown will give Renter a completed signed copy. Electronic signatures, counterparts, and copies may be used where legally valid, with identity, consent and signing records retained. Payment, vehicle-loss, indemnity, claim-cooperation, dispute and lawful record-retention obligations survive return, expiration and termination to the extent applicable. Renter may not assign or sublease without Crown's prior written consent. Crown may assign a receivable, or use a qualified collection or claims provider, subject to applicable law, confidentiality, and the same defenses and limits. Assignment does not enlarge Renter's obligations or relieve Crown of its own accrued duties. Rate Schedule and Payment Authorization ATTACHMENT A | Agreement number ____________________ Complete before signing. Write "none" or "not applicable" where appropriate. Blank optional service/administrative fee fields mean no optional fee. Base rental rates must be completed; actual tolls, violations and losses allocated under Sections 8–9 remain payable as those sections provide. Actual-cost items require supporting documentation; completed caps limit the corresponding charge. No new fee applies retroactively. Initial amounts are estimates subject to actual agreed time, mileage, taxes and enforceable obligations. A blank grace-period field grants no additional grace period. It does not authorize an unstated penalty. Early-return or cancellation refund policy, if expressly agreed before booking: ________________________________. If no special policy is completed, no new cancellation penalty or minimum-term forfeiture is created; unused charges are adjusted as required by law and the signed rental terms. Payment method and scope Payment method type __________ ; account/card last four digits ________ ; cardholder name ____________________. Do not record a full card number, security code or bank login in this agreement. Crown must use a payment processor and comply with its rules. The undersigned cardholder authorizes the agreed initial rental amount and deposit/hold , expressly approved extension amounts, and rental charges becoming due at the rates and intervals expressly completed above. Crown may obtain or renew a reasonable authorization hold for the remaining disclosed estimated obligations only as permitted by applicable law, this authorization, and payment-network rules, with any required notice or further consent. Before processing other post-rental or variable charges, including damage, cleaning, tolls and violations, Crown shall send an itemized notice and available supporting evidence at least 3 business days in advance, or provide any longer legally required notice. A timely specific objection requires reasonable review and a written response before processing the contested additional charge. An objection is not a unilateral release of the debt or an indefinite bar after that review. Undisputed authorized amounts may be processed separately. Crown shall not split transactions to evade a dispute, conceal charges, or defeat statutory or card-network rights. A reversed charge or chargeback does not by itself resolve the underlying contractual debt. Revocation of a payment authorization affects future payment processing as law requires, not an otherwise valid obligation or a separate right to collect lawfully. No unrelated charge or indefinite recurring debit is authorized. A third-party cardholder authorizes only the specified payment transactions and does not become a guarantor or co-renter without a separate signed undertaking. Crown shall promptly reverse errors and issue receipts. The deposit may be applied only as Section 7 allows. Where the payment method requires a separate bank-debit or other authorization, this paragraph does not replace it. Renter's obligations for entrusted use remain governed by Sections 3 and 8. Each additional driver must receive and sign separate copies of Attachments C and D before driving. A co-renter accepting full financial obligations must be expressly named and separately sign an incorporated co-renter addendum. Renter represents that supplied identity, license, use and insurance information is accurate and that an entity signer has authority to bind the identified entity. Renter agrees to return the Vehicle as stated. These acknowledgments do not establish that a disputed fact is true or waive mandatory rights. Actual event detection and review are disclosed in Attachment D. Crown must strike unavailable categories before signing. No cabin microphone, cabin camera, phone contents, messages or contacts are collected by Crown under this consent. Permitted purposes: theft prevention and lawful recovery; locating an overdue, missing or impounded Vehicle; checking specifically agreed geographic/use restrictions; reviewing dangerous-driving alerts under Attachment D; documenting mileage and incidents; maintenance, diagnostics and emergency assistance. Staff will access data only for a recorded business reason. Crown will not monitor personal relationships or unrelated lawful private activities, build sensitive profiles, advertise to you or publish your routes. No automated fee or disablement is based solely on an alert. Access sharing security and retention Access is limited to trained authorized Crown staff and contracted providers performing these purposes, with role-based access, strong authentication and access/command records. Data may be shared only as reasonably needed with technology/hosting providers, insurers and claim professionals for an actual incident, lawful recovery agents, counsel, emergency responders, or authorities under lawful process or a lawful necessary theft/emergency report. Crown will not sell or license precise location or driving data to advertisers, data brokers or insurance-rating databases. Any legally required further consent must be obtained separately. Retention policy: Crown retains routine identifiable location/route data no longer than 90 days after compliant return, then deletes it or irreversibly deidentifies it. Restricted backups expire within a further 30 days and are not used for routine access. Relevant limited excerpts reasonably needed to pursue or defend a specific claim, investigate an incident, meet a legal duty, or comply with a litigation hold, may be retained for the necessary period, with the purpose documented and periodic review of continued need. Other rental/accounting records follow a separate lawful retention schedule. The selected provider and Crown's actual access/deletion controls must support this policy before collection; no undisclosed vendor policy expands these periods or uses. If they cannot support it, provide a truthful revised disclosure and obtain required agreement before collection, or keep the affected collection inactive. Questions consent withdrawal and other occupants Contact Admin@atlcrownrentals.com for questions, applicable access/correction/deletion requests or prospective withdrawal of consent. Crown may reasonably verify identity and authority before disclosing sensitive information. No charge is imposed for a privacy request. Before handover, declining required disclosed tracking means Crown will not deliver a tracked vehicle and will refund unused-rental amounts without a technology-refusal penalty; an untracked alternative is available only if actually offered. After handover, withdrawal requires prompt contact to arrange safe return, replacement if available, or a lawful collection change; it does not authorize tampering, erase lawful prior records or cancel accrued charges. Crown shall stop consent-based collection as required by law and explain any independent lawful basis for limited continued collection or preservation. Crown may end future permission to use a tracked Vehicle if lawful collection necessary to the disclosed rental cannot continue, subject to safe-return arrangements, mandatory notice, and appropriate unused-rent adjustments. No immobilization may be based solely on withdrawal. All approved drivers must sign this disclosure. Renter shall inform passengers of location tracking before travel; that notice does not substitute for another person's consent where required. This disclosure does not authorize audio/video recording of occupants or surveillance after possession ends. Starter Inhibitor Disclosure and Consent ATTACHMENT C PART 2 | Agreement number ____________________ A starter inhibitor prevents a future restart after the engine is off. Crown will not use a device or command that shuts down a running engine, affects steering or braking, or intentionally strands occupants in an unsafe place. "Kill switch" is not permission for a moving-engine shutdown. Only the equipment actually selected in Attachment C, Part 1 is authorized. Limited triggers and required safety checks If installed, Crown may request a restart restriction only to assist lawful recovery after the rental has ended or has been lawfully terminated for a material breach, or to secure a Vehicle reasonably believed stolen. Routine overdue/nonpayment cases require Section 6's written demand and at least 24 hours' advance warning, plus any longer legal period. Suspected theft may justify shorter notice only where legally permitted and where advance warning would materially hinder recovery. No automatic disablement for a missed payment, tracking alert, consent withdrawal, disputed charge or lost signal. Before any command, a trained authorized person must verify the correct Vehicle, review approvals/payments, confirm current reliable evidence that the engine is off and Vehicle safely parked, assess occupants and hazards, satisfy applicable notices, and record approval and reasons. If these cannot be verified, do not issue the command. Stale GPS or zero speed alone is insufficient. No queued command that can later take effect in an unknown or unsafe location. Technology must protect stop/start and hybrid operation as well as ordinary driving. Do not lock anyone inside the Vehicle. Warning emergency restart and restoration Routine restriction notice must explain the reason, earliest restriction time, return/cure steps, and the safety number below. Before handover, Crown must supply the working restart/override procedure and arrange a staffed 24-hour response through Crown and/or the identified qualified provider, with clear responsibility and escalation contacts. Emergency assistance must be available without first demanding disputed charges or a fee. If safety is at risk, call 911 first. Crown will promptly restore starting when a restriction is mistaken, no longer justified, or emergency restoration is required, and arrange safe assistance if remote restoration fails. Emergency restart does not extend the rental, excuse return, or release a debt; Crown may coordinate safe recovery after the immediate danger is addressed. If actual response arrangements cannot be maintained, leave the inhibitor inactive. Cellular/GPS coverage and equipment can fail; this system is not a guaranteed theft-prevention or emergency service. Nothing here excuses Crown's negligence, wrongful restriction, unlawful data use or noncompliance. Separate informed consent for each driver [ ] I received and read both parts of Attachment C and the identified vendor privacy notice. [ ] I understand precise location/route and selected operational data collection and consent to the stated purposes, sharing and retention. [ ] If selected in Attachment C, Part 1, I separately consent to the limited starter-inhibitor use described above and received the working emergency procedure. [ ] I could ask questions and received a copy before handover. No blanket waiver of privacy rights, negligence claims, regulator complaints, or other nonwaivable rights is given. Driving Event Monitoring and Review ATTACHMENT D PART 1 | Agreement number ____________________ Vehicle behavior is monitored when the equipment below is selected. Crown may receive driving alerts through its protected monitoring system. Alerts may be delayed, aggregated, or sent after a trip; no immediate transmission or continuous staff observation is promised. This attachment supplements the limited privacy consent in Attachment C and does not authorize a new unrelated data use. 17. Safe driving obligations and event definitions Obey the applicable posted speed limit, temporary signs and safe speed for conditions. Do not intentionally drive aggressively, race, perform burnouts, accelerate recklessly or take turns at an unsafe speed. Necessary emergency braking, acceleration or steering to avoid a collision is not prohibited merely because it triggers an alert. Road hazards, weather, sensor errors and other circumstances must be considered. An alert threshold is a review setting, not permission to exceed the law or proof of reckless driving. Crown must record actual vendor settings, units, duration and calibration before handover. Any unsupported category remains inactive. A generic maximum-speed alert is not a determination that the posted limit was exceeded. Maps may have wrong, outdated or missing limits, including work-zone limits. Human review and warnings Crown will verify the vehicle and rental window, timestamps, sensor quality, calibration, road context, duplicate alerts and the applicable speed limit before concluding a breach. For a speeding claim, disclose both recorded speed and the corroborated limit, duration and location. GPS loss, a single outlier, ordinary wear, or one unexplained driving event does not establish renter fault or compensable loss. Ordinarily, a verified event results first in a safety warning and opportunity to explain. Repeated verified dangerous conduct after warning, or a substantiated serious safety threat, may justify lawful rental termination and safe return instructions. An alert alone does not authorize remote engine cutoff, braking, throttle reduction, or a starter restriction. All recovery safeguards on Section 6 and Attachment C, Part 2 remain in force. Crown may contact Renter through the agreed rental-notice channels. Renter should read or respond only when safely parked; no interaction while driving is required. A safety response or warning creates no automatic fee. Crown will record the review, explanation, decision and any correction. Deposit Deductions and Speed Controls ATTACHMENT D PART 2 | Agreement number ____________________ 19. Deposit treatment for verified misuse No automatic deposit forfeiture or per-alert fine applies for hard braking, rapid acceleration, sharp turning or speeding. The deposit may be applied only to lawful documented amounts owed under this agreement. A verified prohibited-driving event that causes a specific loss may support reasonable damage or expense recovery under Sections 7–10 with evidence and no duplicate recovery. Section 8's separately acknowledged physical-loss allocation does not require a driving violation, but still requires proof of the loss and the applicable risk period. A telemetry count alone does not establish damage, and assumed future brake, tire, or engine wear is insufficient. Before an additional charge, Crown will provide the event details, supporting photos/inspection or invoices, calculation, causal basis and applicable contract provision, and allow Renter at least 3 business days to respond. Review an emergency maneuver or accuracy objection before deciding. Crown may reserve only a reasonably supported amount while a specific claim is evaluated, subject to Section 7's accounting, update and refund requirements. Return the undisputed deposit balance on that schedule. Never penalize a renter for taking reasonable action to avoid harm. No fixed behavioral charge is authorized. A proposed future charge requires a separate prospective signed amendment and Georgia legal review of its legality, evidence and reasonable loss basis, including O.C.G.A. Section 13-6-7 and applicable consumer law. A label such as "deposit deduction" or "liquidated damages" does not itself establish enforceability. Existing agreed rental charges and supported losses remain governed by Sections 7–10 and Attachment A. 20. Optional preset speed governor Governor actually installed [ ] not installed / inactive [ ] preset governor disclosed below Approved provider / device / model ________________________________________________ Preset maximum and effective time _____ mph ; established before handover at __________ OEM / installer / insurer approval Written references __________________________________ Safety limitations / override details ________________________________________________ ________________________________________________ Operational test and emergency contact Test/date ______ ; staffed phone _____________________ A governor, if selected, is separate from GPS monitoring and a parked-vehicle starter inhibitor. Crown must disclose its actual effects, warnings, limitations and approved override procedure before booking acceptance and handover. A preset cap does not recognize every lower road limit, guarantee lawful speed, or guarantee speed control downhill. Renter must control speed safely and obey posted limits regardless of the cap. No on-demand speed change while driving is authorized. Crown will not remotely brake, cut running-engine power, alter throttle or abruptly lower the cap in response to an alert. Any later setting change requires a manufacturer-approved process, confirmation the Vehicle is safely parked with engine off, clear notice and written renter acceptance before driving resumes. No command may be queued to take effect in an unknown driving state. If suitability, safety, legality, restoration or approval cannot be confirmed, leave the feature inactive. Follow 49 U.S.C. Section 30122 and do not make required safety equipment or design elements inoperative. [ ] I received both parts of Attachment D and understand driving-event monitoring and the review process. [ ] I understand that only lawful documented amounts may be deducted; an alert alone is not a fine. [ ] If selected above, I received the preset-governor disclosure and approved emergency procedure.
