Your information and your rental
Crown Rentals uses the information you provide to process reservations, verify renters, manage payments and keep rental records.
Booking and identity information
Your reservation can include your contact details, date of birth, home address, driver’s license details and uploads, emergency contact, optional insurance information, payment references, and signed agreements. Crown uses this information to review and manage your rental.
Payments and service providers
Card payments are handled by Shopify checkout. Crown does not ask you to enter a full card number in its reservation forms. Information needed to operate your booking is processed using our hosting, database and payment providers. Other payment methods are handled by the provider you choose.
Vehicle technology
Fleet vehicles use Bouncie tracking devices or manufacturer connected-vehicle systems such as Kia Access. The rental agreement and its technology attachments identify the applicable system, collection settings, disclosures and consents for your vehicle. Review them before signing.
Private records and reservation links
License uploads and signed rental records use private storage and restricted access. Your reservation link provides access to your booking, so keep it private. Crown retains rental records for business administration, accounting and dispute handling.

Contact Admin@atlcrownrentals.com with privacy questions, correction requests or a request about your records. Include your reservation number; do not email payment-card details.
